Training Through Injury

I got hurt recently. I felt a strain/tear in my right inner quad. I don’t think it’s really severe but it is enough to bother me. I always try to be very active while rehabbing an injury, and in that vein I decided to get some Hatfield squats in while I hit my bench work. My aim was to stimulate blood flow and work through range of motion to get the tissue moving.
