▶️ Russian forces have destroyed a Ukrainian Su-24 bomber at the Dnepr airfield in the Dnepropetrovsk Region with a strike of the Iskander-M system, the Defense Ministry said. “Reconnaissance exposed preparations for a combat flight by a Su-24 bomber from the Dnepr airfield in the Dnepropetrovsk Region. The technical personnel were attaching weapons to the plane’s hardpoints. While Storm Shadow (SCALP-EG) cruise missiles were attached to the Su-24 bomber, a Russian Iskander-M missile system launched a missile strike on the airfield. The Su-24 bomber was completely destroyed, as well as the aircraft’s weapons that were to be attached to it,” the Defense Ministry said.
