GTA: SA with Half-Life Movement Speedrun 4:18:01 (Former WR)

We worked in a lot of new strats including an early RPG grab found by br0ken42 as well as rerouting a few los santos missions to save time with phone calls. Mistakes were still made and i am confident we can lower. Also I will be making a brief setup tutorial and a short demonstration of some of the movement tech and any quirks that you may run into with this mod.
