Endonasal Endoscopic Prolactinoma Surgery

Endoscopic prolactinoma surgery is an option for the management of prolactin secreting pituitary adenomas. In this video, Dr. Daniel Kelly, Director of the Saint John’s Brain Tumor Center & Pituitary Disorders Program demonstrates endoscopic tumor removal in a young woman with a microprolactinoma. She had been treated for several years with a dopamine agonist (cabergoline) but was having persistent side effects and hyperprolactinemia (elevated prolactin). Given
