Full title reads: “Nanking. New War Clouds Loom in Far East. Chinese Troops rushed to border as Soviet & China dispute over possession the great Manchurian Railway“. Nanking, China. L/S as the Chinese troops march along the street and through an archway. M/S of buglers leading the Chinese troops, various shots as they carry Nationalist flag of China (?), President’s Flag (?). L/S as a train pulls out of station. M/S of men sleeping or sitting in open carriages. Intertitle - ’... as in all wars!’ People leave with their possessions on carts, some ride on them, others walk alongside. M/S as they wheel their belongings down the road. N.B.
