DTLA: Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, it does. Car gets broken into by transients on Figueroa & 1 St, who lived under the bridge. And on top of all do that the car owner gets a parking ticket with no mercy. Although the transients broke into the car and tried to start it, they also went out of their way to throw a rock at the windshield, just for fun. Source: Police frequency
