Episode 107. To Elbrus on Armored Wheels. Part III

Combat Approved continues its unique ascent. Together with Russian military equipment we climb the highest mountain in Russia and Europe - Mount Elbrus. This is how the latest armored vehicles and trucks are tested before they are adopted for service. They didn’t prepare the vehicles specifically for the climb; on the contrary, they made the task more difficult by putting extra cargo in the back of each truck. We will show you unique footage of how the column overcame crumbling steep slopes and glaciers in an attempt to conquer the before-unreachable height. You will learn how the test drivers cope with the mountain sickness, while any of their mistakes could result in falling into the abyss and the death of the whole crew.
