Sylvie Vartan - En Ecoutant La Pluie

French singer of the 1960s, Sylvie Vartan was born in Bulgary of Armenian father and Hungarian mother in August 15 1944 and came to France at the age of 8. Together with Francoise Hardy, she was the queen of French pop and rock in the 1960s with many hit songs such as “La Plus Belle pour aller danser“, “Le Locomotion“, “Irresistiblement“, “Tous mes copains“.. Her album LP with the song “La Plus Belle pour aller danser“ was very popular in Japan and sold over 1 million copies. Six of her thirty songs released in 1962 became top 20 European hits.
