Why ride 470km ALONE in the Canadian winter!?

I took 3 days to ride 470km to ride the Icefields Parkway out and back from Jasper to Lake Louise and back to Jasper to examine why it’s beneficial for our mental health to ride solo. All that time alone resulted in some deep thoughts!
