Quick Tips 9 Source Audio C4 2021

This is an update for the new Pro Classic (with 2.0 firmware) and the Source Audio C4 / Ultra Wave / Spectrum. Classic 2.0 firmware is here: Pro available here: Factory reset C4: Power on while holding footswitch, WARNING this will erase your presets so back them up to the Neuro Desktop or your online account for Neuro App first. Factory reset Pro / Classic: Power on, wait until the display lights, hold both footswitches and wait for the countdown to finish. Set up for USB control: Hold both buttons to enter setup, navigate to FACT RESET, hold left button to edit. Tap left until you see “C4,“ then hold the left button to reset. Power cycle DMC to reset the USB port. Connect gHOST adapter cable to DMC USB port, then connect USB cable to gHOST adapter and C4 / Ultra Wave / Spectrum. Tap buttons on DMC, the C4 activity light should flash. All done! If the connection doesn’t work, try the following: Power cycle both units, then plug unplug USB cable Try a different USB cable or adapter Enable “Skip USB MIDI Power Check“ in C4 setup with Neuro App / Desktop
