Dynamic Summer for MudRunner

*note OBS added some frame rate issues that I did not experience while playing* It took a while, but Dynamic Summer is finally working in ST:M! Not only that, it has been improved 100x or more compared to the original ST version with much better rain and wind generation and an entirely new thunder and lightning system!
