Florida Man Riding High Speed Motorcycle Slams into Miami Restaurant While Running From Cops

Bodycam footage from the Miami Beach Police Department shows a Florida man trying to speed away from an officer who stopped him on his motorcycle — but instead, he lost control of his bike and crashed into a packed restaurant. The motorcyclist, later identified as Jose Luis Otero, was allegedly riding his bike without a license and with alleged stolen plates.
