Jackie Chan is Chun-Li in City Hunter (English Dub)

The 1993 Action-Comedy “City Hunter“ stars Jackie Chan as Ryo Saeba, a sex-crazed Tokyo detective who forms the “City Hunter“ team. In the most basic of terminologies, it’s kind of like CTU-meets-“Burn Notice“. In one memorable-yet-forgotten scene, Jackie Chan and Richard Norton (aka Hong Kong Chuck Norris) morph into several memorable characters from “Street Fighter II“, including Chan donning the famous qípáo previously worn by the thunder-thighed Chun-Li.
