Alaska RailRoad Engines 556 and 557

2014 Anchorage S160 locomotive Identical 1940s Baldwin 2-8-0 steam locomotives, numbers 556 and 557 both used by the Alaska RailRoad. Engine 556 has been on display in its current location on 9th avenue in Anchorage since 1959. Engine 557 is currently being restored for use.
