How to Bend Nails and Short Steel

here, I cover technique and progression. I am not a Professional by any means and there are tons of resources and many many dudes out there stronger than me. However, as a rookie I hope I may be able to address some of the things people around my level have been wondering about. In this video I will go over a few different things to bend, padding, technique, and three different grips. I will also demonstrate how to wrap your steel and how to bend it.
