Tour de France 2021 Stage 7 Highlights | Breakaway Brilliance!

Stage 7 is the longest stage of the Tour de France for over 20 years! With a 249km-long hilly route featuring five categorised climbs and 3,345m of total elevation gain - this is a perfect first attempt for the likes of Matej Mohorič to get in the breakaway. Don’t rule out a small GC scuffle on the run into the finish however, with most of the climbing crammed into the final third of the stage and two punchy climbs in the final 20km, we could see some fireworks. A bonus sprint on the penultimate climb will also encourage some aggressive riding from the GC men, so ready yourselves for another potential change in race leadership.
