Street Running Locomotive In Ohio, Railroad Diamonds Get Pounded By Long Train In Marion Ohio

Street running train in Franklin, Ohio, railroad diamonds in Marion, Ohio, awesome Norfolk Southern locomotives in action and a cross buck protected railroad crossing. What do you think about the street running track on the industrial spur that also goes over the big trestle over the Great Miami River? Not many trains use the street runner section. There is only one customer that is served by the street running track and they don’t use the track every day. The train that works the Franklin Industrial spur, L-04, also does some switching on the other side of the river on the same spur. I filmed the locomotive running down the street on its way to pick up some cars from the other side of the river. They coupled onto some covered hoppers and I filmed them again crossing the road at a cross buck protected crossing in Franklin. I think its awesome to see the trains run down the middle of the street here. The only better place in Ohio for street runners is in Marietta. See my Street Running Trains sect
