A huge fire has broken out at an FSB security service building in southern Russia after what reports say was a blast at a munitions depot. Witnesses described hearing an explosion before the inferno erupted at the FSB border patrol building in Rostov-on-Don, 80 miles from Russian-controlled territory in Ukraine.
