Best CheeseCake that I ever ate! Follow me :) For the crust, 8 oz graham cracker, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 c sugar, 1 stick 2 tbsp butter For filling, 4 egg yolks, 1/4 c milk powder, 20 oz cream cheese, 1 tbs vanilla, 1/2 c sugar, 4 egg whites The topping is, 2/3 c heavy cream, 2/3 c sour cream, 1 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla
