A DeadLocked remake that hits all of the marks when it comes to levels like this, it takes something that shows it’s age and completely remasters it to meet today’s standards, without robbing it of it’s original charm and appeal, especially when it comes to GD’s main levels. Since levels like DeadLocked or Poltergeist are RobTop levels, they are incredibly important to many people, since just about everybody who plays this game today, has tried these, and the first time that you do is special, so remaking these also comes with a challenge, since it’s not just any level, but I think FrostDragon nailed it. The star of this show is definitely the bossfight, having played the original so long ago, having multiple heads shoot fire at you was crazy at the time, but having a Hydra shoot laser beams at you is something else, things like these and the updated look on the blocks and effects do the original justice.
