How to sew together cast off edge in garter stitches

In this DROPS video we show 2 ways to sew together a piece worked in garter stitches. Fold the piece, RS against RS and sew the cast off edge together in the outermost loop so the seam is flat. First, we show how we sew together in the outermost loop 2 times in each side and repeat like that back and forth. We also show result of this technique looks with a darker colour. Then we show how we sew the piece together by sewing only 1 time in the outermost loop on one side before putting the needle in the outermost loop on the other side and continuing like this.
