Here’s how I made the single track jam from the following video:
I had an idea to try maxing out a track with sound locks and micro timing, in response to some comments about the Digitone’s 4-track limit being too.. limiting. Turns out that’s not really the case, and you can actually do a lot even with just one track!
Let me know in the comments what you think of this, as it’s my first tutorial video; it was unscripted and highly edited! I hope it’s somewhat easy to follow.
Note: I used the Reface DX just as a MIDI controller in this video; no audio is being generated by it.
