Russia’s Lavrov accuses West of killing the OSCE while Hungarian FM laments lack of Russia-USA talks

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told a meeting of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) on Thursday that the West was killing off any chances of reviving the grouping which he said was on the brink of collapse. Lavrov made the remarks at the meeting which Ukraine and some of its allies had boycotted in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia. Some delegations left the room as Lavrov began his address. On the same day, the Hungarian foreign minister said that he wished the OSCE foreign ministers’ summit would have been an opportunity to re-establish dialogue between the United States, its allies, and Russia. __________________ ShanghaiEye focuses on producing top-quality contents.
