Note: The location of the events in this film are unknown. Full titles read: “BENDING FOR SUPPLENESS - Almost every lady over 9 and under 90 would like to have that lither feeling. Meet a little lady of 16 summers, the personification of suppleness.“ L/S’s of young lady performing hand stand. She then bends her legs so that her feet are touching the ground as well as her arms ! Intertitle reads: “Dainty Myrtle Winter recommends this hand-stand balance as an aid to suppleness -“ Myrtle performs a hand stand performing the splits in the air. Intertitle reads: “’The great principle is to avoid jerkiness in your movements,’ says Myrtle. There is then less chance of hand muscles forming.“ Several more shots of Myrtle performing some impossible looking moves, including walking up some steps in the crab position (it looks very painful !).
