Today marks the one year anniversary of our special boy, Santana

It’s been one year since we said goodbye to sweet Santana 💔 Our beautiful Tanny boy left the biggest paw prints on our hearts. He taught us so much about strength, resilience, and forgiveness. After everything he went through in his life, he always had the sweetest, most outgoing attitude. He was only given 1-3 months to live at the time of his diagnosis and stayed with us for 6 months. Even after diagnosis, he got stronger and put on weight eating his favorite filet mignon dinners. On the day that he left us we took his DNA for testing. It will be used for research that might one day help with the detection and treatment of oral cancer. This anniversary is hitting hard after hearing the news about Harvey. Santana has given us the strength and knowledge to help us on our new journey with Harvey and for that we are forever grateful.
