Bolivia: Morales supporters clash with police

(19 Nov 2019) Supporters of ousted Bolivian President Evo Morales clashed with police on Monday, as residents in several cities reported food and gasoline shortages amid ongoing protests. Coca growers loyal to Morales threw rocks at police and vowed to continue a general strike until the country’s new interim president, Jeanine Áñez, resigns. Police responded with tear gas.
