Toy Time! (1933)

(Pathetone main titles.) Titles read: “Toy time! Any time of the year is toy time to the kiddies - and here are some to hand them out a thrill or a laugh!“ Location of events unknown - probably United States of America. Various shots of children looking at toys. They include a mechanical singing bird in a cage, a wooden soldier with moving head, a white cat rocking a kitten to sleep, a white rabbit coming out of an egg and then going back in, a barking dog, model children dancing (looks like a toy shop display), a baby doll making a ’mama’ noise, and a mechanical crocodile or alligator moving across the carpet to a crying boy - he looks rather traumatised by the whole thing! One of the children watching says “Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf?“, for no apparent reason. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
