Close Retention Shooting Drills

I’m not an expert. This is not a video that shows defensive tactics, nor is it a discipline of shooting you should attempt without being first trained by a professional. I have been shooting and trained from close retention for many years now and i go to great lengths to warm up, watch myself in slow mo, and take the necessary precautions to ensure I do this safely.
