Evolution of the EF-5 El Reno-Union City, Oklahoma tornado: May 31, 2013

Storm chasers Gabe Garfield, Tim Marquis, Amy Edmonds and Logan Karsten documented the evolution of a massive multi-vortex-to-wedge tornado on May 31, 2013. The tornado and its very dangerous parent thunderstorm complex was responsible for considerable damage to life and property in the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities.
