Latest Hilary update | Tropical Storm Warning issued for Southern California

The National Weather Service has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for San Diego County - upgraded from the first-ever Tropical Storm Watch issued Friday morning. A warning means tropical storm-force winds are expected within the next 36 hours. The window for the impact has shifted and is now Sunday morning until Monday morning. Heavy rain and strong gusty winds will be out ahead of the center of the storm reaching San Diego. The center is forecasted to move in after 5:00 p.m. Sunday.
