Hiking Days (1931)

Hiking is announced to be one of the modern day “happiest and healthiest outdoor recreations.“ Man walks towards the camera in a country lane. He has his “knapsack“ on his back. We see the old Town Hall at Fordwich. We see the old drum and staff, used to summon the people when the Press Gang paid unwelcome visits. A man dressed in weird military garb holds up an old drum.
