Seven Years Bikepacking the World - What am I bringing for food, and how am I cooking it?

On May 14th I begin a seven year bikepacking trip around the world. The journey begins in Deadhorse, AK, a rugged and remote town in the Artic Circle. On top of long distances between resupply points I also have to worry about grizzly bears and other potentially dangerous animals.
