Fat Biking 10 Miles on a Skinny (trail) - Mission Creek at Beck’s Road

Fat biking can be a struggle on a skinny trail! We finally broke out of the sub-zero temperatures that we’ve had over the last week and the boys and I were able to get out for a nice 10 miler at Mission Creek from the Beck’s Road trailhead. It doesn’t look like the trails have been groomed and that it’s mainly packed in from snowshoers and hikers possibly. It makes for some narrow trails. The center of the trails were riding really good, nice and firm, and not soft whatsoever, unless you hit the edge! The narrow trails mean you have to stay fairly center because if you get too close to the edge you’ll drop off and it kind of sucks your tire right into it. All in all a good ride and still a lot of fun but, it did slow us down a little due to the washing out. I appreciate you watching!
