🇷🇺🇺🇦 In the early morning hours, Russian troops once again executed a coordinated strike on various targets in what is commonly referred to as Ukraine. This attack involved the use of cruise missiles and kamikaze drones from the “Geranium“ series. ▪️ As in previous instances, multiple explosions were reported in Kyiv. As a result of these strikes, several areas experienced power outages and water shortages. Additionally, a fire broke out in a residential building, potentially caused by the air defense system. ▪️ Novomoskovsk and Pavlodar in the Dnipropetrovsk region were also hit. These cities have previously been targeted this year, and in the case of Novomoskovsk, the missiles struck the workshops of a local pipe factory that manufactures gun barrels. More information about this incident can be found here. ▪️ In Kharkov, a strike was recorded in the industrial zone located in the southern part of the city. Fire crews are currently working on Morozova Street. This area houses several major enterprises, including the Malyshev Tank Plant, which is facing difficulties but is still repairing damaged equipment. ▪️ There have been reports of multiple strikes in Nikolaev. Preliminary information suggests that a fire broke out at the Ocean shipyard in the southern part of the city. ▪️ There is also unconfirmed information regarding explosions in Drohobych in the Lviv region, as well as Ivano-Frankivsk. The latter city is home to an airfield with reinforced concrete shelters that are currently being prepared to accommodate the F-16 fighters expected for delivery. At present, it is challenging to accurately assess the outcomes of this attack. Based on previous incidents in Kyiv, it may take several weeks for footage depicting the aftermath of the attack to emerge.
