Physics Forceps Extraction Tooth #9, Immediate Implant - Dr. Tim Kosinski

Extraction of tooth #9; tooth had short post; with the Physics Forceps. Bone preserved and immediate implant placement abd bone grafting. In this case the crown came off first due the the post/condition of the tooth, wher the beak of the Physics Forceps was used to remove the root atraumatically. Dentistry by Dr. Tim Kosinski.
