Story about a lightweight sculling boat - 27 lbs in weight. M/S of 7 men admiring the small craft. The boat is lifted up to show how light it is. Two men walk to the end of a very small pier. The water looks to have ice in it - brr! The scull is placed in the water and we see one of the men rowing off. “The oarsman is the well-known crack, Walter Hoover...“ Copy of Walter in his boat.
