Palestinian and Israeli supporters clash at rally

Supporters of Israel held a rally to show solidarity with the beleaguered nation in cities all over the Western world. Pro-Palestinian rallies also took place in many parts of the world, to show solidarity with the people of Palestine. While many of these protests were mostly peaceful, this particular event in Kirkland, Washington (near Seattle) saw the conflict in microcosm as pro-Palestinian demonstrators launched a surprise invasion of a pro-Israel demonstration.
