The complex includes: 1. Slope with punch rise; 2. Squat with jump rise; 3. Alternating lifting weights lifting; 4. Kettlebell swing rise with punch; 5. Changing position with punch; 6. Kettlebell swing rotation rise; 7. Lifting with a kettlebell press for each side. We do each exercise for 1 minute. Rest between exercises - 1 minute. Do 2 circles.
