Cholecystectomy - Cronic Cholecystitis - Realtime - Full Surgery

82 years old woman, pain in the upper right quadran for 5 months. During the surgeryit was observed a gallbladder with light chronic cholecystitis (white wall with some degree of thickness and some adhesions on the infundibulum. Standard dissection with the use of monopolar hook was performed. Cystic artery was cauterized, and cystic duct clipped with titanium clips. After detachment of the gallbladder fossa of the liver, the specimen was gloved, a final hemostasis check showed some bleeding on one of the f
