Energy independence in the Baltics.

Until now, Lithuania and its Baltic neighbours, Latvia and Estonia, have been dependent on Russian electricity, but this is about to change. At a landmark event in the capital Vilnius, Lithuania welcomed a new era of independent energy in the Baltic nations.
