Benito Mussolini arriving on horseback to inspect the Metropolitan Corps of Villa Glori, Rome. He rides quite fast past camera and is followed by several officers also on horseback. Various shots of the police troops marching past camera and Mussolini watching. Troops on foot are followed by troops with dogs (Alsatians), bicycle troops, motorcycle troops, sidecars, mounted troops and finally - various sorts of armoured cars.
