The Heartists - Episode 4: Teamwork As the pressure rises, Yehuda hits a creative block and won’t eat or sleep until he gets the comic just right. The previous sketch wasn’t good enough, and if I don’t express that, I’m not being true to my marriage or my art. Nobody likes to have their work criticized, but we both know that One of Those Days only works when we’re both in full agreement on the artwork and what it conveys. In the end, we are a team and communication is key - so we resolve our personal issues, put our egos aside, and clean the slate for a fresh new illustration. One final push and a few sleepless nights later, we nail it. And it’s perfect!
