Tenma and Grimmer meet with the head of the former Czechoslovakian secret police, Colonel Karel Ranke, who tells them about the nephew he had put in 511 Kinderheim. Grimmer later recalls to the memory of a boy in that orphanage who would give him hot cocoa when he was sick. When I first watched this scene, tears welled up in my eyes. The execution was powerful and from the minute he ran back inside the restaurant I was tense with awe. This was superb voice acting among the other good parts of this scene. I will never forget it.
