Led Zeppelin - Live in San Diego, CA (June 19th, 1977)

As requested by Z, here is another excellent show from the band’s 1977 North American tour. excellent. Unfortunately, John Bonham was suffering from a bout of food poisoning and his performance here is pretty lethargic and erratic as a result. If you can get past it however (which admittedly can be difficult to do), the rest of the band is having a great night. A shame that Bonham wasn’t 100% here, because this had all the makings of being a great show. Even so, there are still some noteworthy highlights. Check out Since I’ve Been Loving You for a rare return performance of the organ (the last time it was ever used as far as I know)! Special thanks to the late Mike Millard for taping this show! 0:00 Intro 1:05 The Song Remains the Same 6:40 The Rover/Sick Again 14:38 Nobody’s Fault But Mine 22:13 In My Time of Dying 34:53 Since I’ve Been Loving You 45:10 No Quarter 1:08:00 Ten Years Gone 1:18:46 The Battle of Evermore 1:25:11 Going to California 1:30:09 Mystery Train 1:31:42 Black Country Woman 1:33:19 Bron-Y-Aur Stomp 1:40:41 White Summer/Black Mountain Side 1:48:01 Kashmir 1:58:15 Guitar Solo (cut) 2:11:45 Achilles Last Stand 2:22:50 Stairway to Heaven 2:35:52 Whole Lotta Love 2:37:18 Rock and Roll Bootleg: 1st gen cassettes(TDK SA 90)x3 - Nakamichi 670 pitch & azimuth-adjusted playback deck - Nakamichi Outboard Dolby B Unit - Wavelab 96/24 -flac (JEMS)
