This short video by Eugene Skeef shows 5 brilliant Igbo musicians from Nigeria demonstrating the different instruments of an ogene-udu ensemble. Opanka, who introduces the improvised piece on ogene, is the leader of this group that Eugene caught up with in a village in Enugu state, eastern Nigeria, just before they were to perform ritual music at a funeral.
