Learn How to Draw and Paint “ANGEL BY YOUR SIDE“ with Acrylics - Paint and Sip at Home Art Tutorial

PAINTING VIDEO DESCRIPTION – Looking for an easy painting idea? Want to do a fun Holiday DIY project? Let me be your acrylic art instructor as I teach you easy step-by-step instructions throughout this fun beginner art video as you learn how to paint an angel sitting next to a person on a bench-an emotional and heart-felt painting, “ANGEL BY YOUR SIDE”. Ever had that feeling as if someone was watching over you? There have certainly been times in my life when I felt like there was someone looking out for me, guiding me, protecting me, and pointing me in the right direction as a divine messenger. This usually happens during a time of need. The best way I could describe it is by calling it a miracle. I do believe that when you see a cardinal, you are being visited by an angel and I have had that feeling of someone sitting right by my side to make sure that I was going to be okay. This canvas painting is inspired by the thought that we all have loved ones who have passed on, and, although, they are no longer with us in person, they are still here watching over us like a guardian spirit. The painting process is so simple to follow. You’ll first learn how to paint a background and atmospheric dimension using white, gray and blue colors to capture the mood and essence of the winter season in the sky, mountains and lake. Then you’ll learn how to paint details on the land and water to create the perfect secluded landscape for your woman and angel characters who sit alone on a bench. Then you’ll learn how to paint evergreen fir pine trees and their reflections using a simple one brushstroke technique. Using a dotting or stippling painting technique, you’ll learn how to paint snow on your trees and land and give it a fluffy texture. Then after learning how to draw an outline for your female figures, you’ll apply a simple basecoat to work off of. Then you’ll learn how to easily paint highlights and shadows on your person and archangel to give them form, details and depth creating a 3D realistic effect like a photo. You’ll learn how to mix custom colors and paint clothing, angel wings, and hair with ease. The painting process is so simple you’ll feel like it is a paint by numbers. Using only 3 brushes and 7 colors, you’ll paint like a professional! Have a date night, paint party, paint and sip event, or virtual paint night. Paint with gouache, oil paint, or watercolor, any medium will work! Paint just for fun or for art therapy. It’s an easy art project. I hope you enjoy watching this YouTube art video and let’s get painting and let’s get sipping!
