Humerus fracture in a dog and its management by intramedullary pinning and wiring/end threaded pin

This is a video of management of distal one third diaphyseal fracture of right humerus in a dog by using end threaded IM pin and cerclage wires. The fracture was 10 days old and on radiography has short distal fragment. There was great difficulty in reduction of distal fracture fragment with proximal but post-operative radiograph is satisfactory.
