No title. Introductory intertitle in French suggests that Japanese children are in general very happy and hardly ever cry. Various shots of two cute children kneeling on cushions and eating ice cream or similar from little glasses. Two women in kimonos help the children eat and laugh and smile at their cuteness. M/S of the children being dressed for an outdoors walk. C/U of their outfits, they carry big bundles on their backs. M/S of a young girl carrying a baby on her back - the baby is about half her size. She turns to face the camera. French intertitle suggests that Japanese children often play the same games as French children.
