Ireland’s New Viceroy - Arrival of Lord Liat, Lord Wimborne at Kingstown near Dublin, Eire (Southern Ireland, Republic of Ireland). Man in ancient ceremonial costume walks up ramp; followed by a couple - woman carrying bouquet - man in top hat; carrying white gloves. Followed by 2 soldiers; another couple. The man in the top hat and one of the others are probably Lord Liat and Lord Wimborne, but not sure which is which. Same from behind w/ pulley from ship (?) in FG; in BG a lady is greeting the newly arrived. Row of soldiers stand along dock. Another shot; of 2 rows of soldiers; some women; children stand in FG looking; then exit to left. Some military officers; and the two Lords walk along row of soldiers. CU policeman or guard of some kind salutes as the top hat Lord enters; he walks over to horse; mounts.
