I took this video of the famous giant incenser of Santiago de Compostela called the botafumeiro during the opening mass of the Congreso Mundial de Pastoral de Santuarios y Peregrinaciones. It weighs around 50kgs and can go to a speed of almost 100kph. It takes at least 6 men to pull the ropes that will move the botafumeiro in action. It was mesmerizing and breathtaking.
